Idlers

Idlers (rollers) are vital to the conveying process. They support the belt and
conveyed material along its full length preventing it from stretching, sagging and eventually failing
basic means of support for a conveyor belt is idlers. An idler consists of one or more rollers – with
each roller containing one or more bearings to ensure it is free rolling.
